Man Bags 138 Years Jail In Ibadan Over Ponzi Fraud, Awaits 2 More Courts https://ift.tt/oxvEz0F #EFCC #Ibadan #Oyo ©April 30th, 2025 ®April 30, 2025 4:38 pm Two separate courts at Ibadan in Oyo State, Nigeria have sentenced a man, Olaniyan Gbenga Amos to 138 years imprisonments for committing criminal ponzi investments fraud which the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC described the convict as a multiple and serial investment fraudster who was convicted and sentenced to seventy-five years imprisonment by Justice Bayo Taiwo of the Oyo State High Court, Ibadan for ponzi fraud offence on December 14, 2023, and Justice Olusola Adetujoye of the Oyo State High Court sitting in Ibadan, on Monday, April 28, 2025 while ruling on separate and similar charges and crimes, convicted and sentenced Olaniyan Gbenga Amos to sixty-three years jail term for multiple investment fraud, with the convict still awaiting two more rulings for crimes of same nature from Federal High Courts in Ibadan, Oyo State. #OsazuwaAkonedo
